Only those who know what Cascadia is all about will call it Cascadian Dark Ale. The rest are lost in the Dark.

I use an old hand drill - you know the ones with the wood circle on the end that everyones grand dad has - and I ground two flatish sections on the mill spindle for it to grip onto. Works like a dream, just ground 27 lbs in about 12 mins! No sweat - well maybe a little :)

The monster mill web site is easier to use and more informative compared to the Crank site - so I got a monster mill - the mill itself is super and the collapsible hopper is awesome! I hooked up a windshield wiper motor to it and it is like crushed barley heaven!
