    Hello, I brewed a Brewer's Best Irish Stout on Jan 4. In summary, this is an extract kit with DME, LME, specialty gains, maltodextrin, Magnum & NB hops, and Nottingham dry yeast.     I've been reading this forum for a while now and finally registered. I've done 5 extract batches now and will be trying all-grain when it gets warmer. I'm focusing on keeping it basic, being consistent, and trying to follow best practices. That doesn't mean I don't have any crazy ideas. :)
