@braufessor my last couple of beers made here for some reason are tasting super astringent / grassy from what I think is the second dry hop addition. I closed transfer from carboy into a purged keg with the second dry hop. Wait 3-4 days then cold crash with minimal psi on it. After cold crash...
When I add honey malt the beer just gets way too dark. Any suggestions @braufessor? I'm obsessed with the lighter color beer that looks like orange juice.

The beer looks a little dark. Did you follow the water adjustments as well? I know from experience that before I did water adjustments my beer always turned out to be darker then I expected due to high PH levels.
