    "Northeast" style IPA, what you guys think??

    Agree 100%. I used to rack to secondary when I first started all grain but through experience and experimentation I found racking to secondary a waste of time. Unless of course you are making substantial additions. Never on IPA. I've produced great beer in just using a primary fermentation vessel.

    Airlock too full?

    You are good bud but you should use a blow-off setup in case your fermentation goes crazy and are not avail to monitor 24/7. In my experience starsan is the better choice but vodka will do just fine. I see nothing wrong with your image.

    Belgian Dubbel Fermentation over in 3 days?

    I brewed a Belgian Dubbel Dec 30th and had the same happen. I called my local homebrew shop and they said to let it ride for another week or two or rack to secondary.
