Ugh forgot my filter for my Grainfather at the shop, well brewing anyway lol have a filter bag and only about 2 oz of hops so on we go with the Diablo Red brew day took the ball and spring out. So far so good working on coming up to temp on my boil.

Patience is the key I would wait, most likely it is not finished. Sitting for a week or 2 will not hurt a thing I do it every time I brew but I have no choice LOL
Well I am by no means an expert but there are a lot of factors that contribute to your boil off. Like humidity,wind or lack of probably more than that again no expert, heck last brew I did was a gallon batch mine was thick when it finished an hour boil.
