One says less than 20C and another says uts ok at 27C...
I have it sitting at about 18C currently!

I've used a Coopers Brewmaster India Pale Ale 1.7kg + 1Kg of spray dried malt extract (light) to 2 lites of boling wtaer, mixed and topped up to standard 23 litres of water.
I pitched my Safale US-05 Dry Ale yeast at 27C.

great thnaks I see some similiar posts also. I presume you can get glass carboys with tap at bottom and if not it looks like the whole bottling experience may be much more difficult

Im getting a similiar taste when I ferment in my plastic fermenters and was thinking wouldnt it be better to ferment in glass. I can see some cons however to doing so, i.e. bottling off

Ive just bottled my 1st batch of beer. I used the carbonation drops as advised. I will now leave standing for 2 weeks.
SHould I periodically agitate the bottles or are they ok to leave alone and get on with doing their own thing?

I need to get some type of Brew belt to ensure a consistent temperature during fermentation and have no ideas whats the best one to buy that doesn't run up massive electricity bills. Can anyone help / advise?
