    Ok ppl boiled my corn sugar sanitized everything . started my siphon a quarter of the the way through my siphon started sucking air. Yes it was fully submerged. I stopped siphoning and just dumped the rest of the beer into my bottling bucket. There was to much hops sediment for it to flow...

    Double ipa

    I brewed the off the topper double IPA kit from nb about a month ago. Tomorrow is supposed to be bottling day. This kit call for two dry hop sessions. All of the hops have formed what I would call a cake on the top. Should I wait until this falls or Just go ahead and bottle tomorrow?

    The package only suggested a starter for beers with an OG of 1.060 or higher. Mine OG was supposed to be 1.048 but only came out to 1.040. How long will that yeast slurry keep for in the fridge?
