Just ordered me some international selection original Shiraz and Sangiovese. I had been putting off making some decent wines because of the prices. With that deal I had no excuse.

Mine would have to be any light beer made into a michelada. With clamato, hot sauce and lime.

I don't know if this is bull**** or not but a guy I know told me his neighbor was dumping his yeast into the septic tank and it blew the lid off of it. I don't know anything bout septic tanks could they actually build up pressure or do they vent. Probably was all do to something unrelated.

Handles or brew hauler. Both work fine. Just make sure you use the right sized handle for the particular carboy. They have versions for 5 & 6.5 gallon carboys.

If using a top cropper like Trappist high gravity. Be sure to use a blow off tube or you will end up with a mess on the floor.

I myself have only used extract and force carbonate with kegs. I like Zatarains extract. Its really cheap. You might be able to find in walmart. You can play around with different types of sugar like Brown sugar and honey. Also you can spice them up with vanilla extract or cinammon,etc. 5...
