I also got the basic kit from midwest. Their recipe kits are good too.

It went good. I'm going to move it to my fridge soon. My other brews have been tasting good too.

Samuel Smith is very easy to de-label, and I like the bottle shapes. Beers a little pricey but I like the Oatmeal Stout. But to save money I buy mostly Kirkland beer from cosco, good beer and I don"t care if I get the labels all the way off.

I've been brewing in my laundry room and I just got a fridge for my garage (free). I just moved my Irish stout into secondary. Should I keep it in my fridge or laundry? How do I learn what temp to brew different brews? I'm very new to this.
