    Is there a good book on reading for advanced brewers?

    http://www.howtobrew.com/ How to Brew by John Palmer It's a great step up in complexity from Papizan, lots of technical stuff in there but presented really clearly. Available online or in book form. HIGHLY recommend.

    Thanks, I'd just worried about mixing the dead yeast into the beer and not about oxidation. Looks like a gentle trip across town is in order...
