I use the Gold on a chocolate stout recipe and I always get a final gravity of 1.011 or 1.012 with (1) 6 gr packet and 5 or 6 days in the primary and 14 days in the secondary. I am however looking for a slightly sweet finish to compliment the chocolate malt and the Gold matches up nicely. I...
