    New To The Cheese

Walker thanks for the tips. I see you're hailing from Cary, NC, which LHBS do you shop at? The only one I know of is Grapes & Hops.

    New To The Cheese

Hi all! I recently visited a home brew store in Portland, OR and it got my wheels turning on getting into cheese making. So naturally I turned to the wisdom of this forum and Google, of course. With that being said any tips for a newbie getting into the cheese making arena? I was thinking of...

    My big cider batch!

I have a bunch of this stuff left over too. Alcohol content was pretty high in 2x1 Gallon batches. Kinda moonshine-ish. Any suggestions from the community as to what to do with all the rest I have left over? Not a huge fan of moonshine.

Cinnamon in Hard Cider? Too Much? Possible Fix?

UPDATE: The syrup has thinned a little bit. It's been a while since I've tasted it once more since last time and it's a bit thinner. Can this be solved through more fermentation? Anyone have any thoughts on tossing a little more yeast in there? I was thinking of bottling next Sunday. It...
