Mountain Town Brewing Co out of Mt Pleasant MI has been making some great gruits quite steadily. Just did an event with them and had probably 8 different types of gruit on tap, pretty good stuff.

Just Finished this today https://youtu.be/i97RKW5qONg It is for use in a our 70 tap brewpub doing 16 direct draw lines at a time, but is a decently cheap and clean build.

Should be good, I keep mine set to 38 and have never had any problems with viability.

Looking to sell or trade my kegerator. It's all stainless steel and fits 6 corny kegs comfortably with room for secondary regulators and manifolds. Holds temp at 38* on the hottest days of the summer with no problem. Only trades would be a smaller kegerator plus cash, or a decent boil kettle...

I'm cursed with being up late to cook potato pancakes for the wifey to take to work for some potluck . Currently 4 pints deep into my mystery growers I brought home from work. I suspect it's green flash soul style. :beer:
