I am looking for a clone recipe for the Dogfish 120. I am an extract brewer and i want that hoppy, high alcohol beer but haven't found what I am looking for anywhere.
This is my first time at this. I was told to set my regulator to 20 psi and leave it for a day and then turn the pressure down to serving pressure. Will this work or do I need to do something different?
Brewed a batch of Krölsh on Sunday. Had no action in the fermenter till tuesday morning. Now today, Wednesday, I have no action at all. Do I need to re-pitch the yeast or is it good enough? I was still going to leave it there for 5-7 days like most of the beers I have done.
