    WLP090 High Temperature?

Just circling back-- The beer is kegged and I pulled a first pour yesterday. Delicious and no off flavors detected by my amateur palate. Also I washed this yeast and used it for a follow-on batch of blonde that responded well and smells delicious. Overall I am very pleased with SDSY!

    WLP090 High Temperature?

Haha. When the krausen is thick I take a bit of a larger sample with the wine thief I used to use for my hydrometer. It’s probably about 1-2 oz of liquid per test— just enough for a taste. Hit FG target today. :-)

Gravity this morning reading 1.016-- still no off flavors in my refractometer sample. Fhew!

Plan to do a measurement tonight to see how we're doing--...
