I brewed a 5G batch of Munich Helles using this yeast approximately 5 weeks ago. Based on the WY notes I hopped it a bit more aggressively than I normally would have. Here are my tasting and fermentation notes.
Fermentation:
1 fresh smack pack, 2.5L starter on a stir plate for 36 hours...
I brewed this in September.. it took a good two months before it was ready to drink because it was fairly hot when it was fresh.. however it turned out really well. Hell of a beer and pretty damn close to the original.
