    as stated, there is no yeast in guinneess bottles, but you'll still need the soured beer to add if your going for a true clone. How long should I leave it sit out to Sour?

    I wouldn't know the differance in the taste of the two yeasts. But if you are trying to clone a type of beer, Wouldn't you want to use the yeast that's as close to what they use in what you are trying to clone
