    hey KT lovers this brew is my 2nd batch. 1 galon, black tea & raw organic dehudrated cane sugar & KT from my first brew. the first brew was made with green tea the mother culture is laying low for this batch and the new culture looks like a thin layer with loads of bubbles now on day 6...

    is this new culture normal

    hi KT lovers this is the scoby forming on top of my 2nd brew.. 1 galon of black tea on day 6. its just bubbles on a thin film i cant find anything online that resbles this thanks in advance stephanie x
