    The Brickstore a great, except when you get your bar-tab. I'd say most of the beers are $6-12 but there are plenty of $20+ beers on the menu as well. But it sure is a great place to go sampling. We went up there on the Tuesday after the ice storm here and killed a few hours to get out of the house.

    Moved my Chocolate Stout to the secondary fermenter tonight and took my first attempt at yeast washing. I'll see how that goes but I think that slating might be a better way to go.
