I'm sorry raddo14 I'm a rookie and I don't know wht that is (cold crash) I'm making an English pale ale and its been fermenting for 2 weeks now, I'm just following the recipe and today I added natural honey as primary sugar and it started fermenting again, so what do you recommend ?
I'm making my first batch and I'm going to keg it and just wondering, should I do secondary in the keg or should I wait until secondary is over and then keg it? Any suggestions ??
I just made my first batch, but I don't see any yeast activity. I wrongly activated the yeast at 86F before y fermented, maybe that's the problem and if it is is there any way to fix it? Maybe adding more yeast?
Hey guys I just want to ask if any one of you has used this charger? I've read good and bad reviews about the charger one even that he blowed his finger with one of this things, the point is that its easy and functional but it doesn't have a regulator. Any suggestions ?
Ok, now if for example a recepie says 11 gallons of water, how do yo divide those 11 gallons so that ypu can mash, make mash out process by adding hot water and also sparge ?
