Anyone has experience with the Amoretti craft purée added when you bottling your beer and it go to natural carb in bottle.

I need a little bit of help here. I think to add the purée when bottling but how much extra sugar need...
I can't open the link. But i understan is the same process with out converting. Just soak for a little time, dry out and roast at 350-400 F stirring every 5-10 minutes till i get the color i want.
Is that the process??
I have win 8 and brewtarget 2.1.0.
The problem happens when i try to select any parameter on the program. The program stopped and then it's close himself. I was deleted the program and reinstall and to the first open he flashes a multiple data base message
