    So, I brewed 6 gallons of this on Sunday and everything went as planned, EXCEPT I forgot to add the cocoa nibs to the boil. Question for you guys, should I add the cocoa nibs to secondary? Any downside to this? Also, if I add to secondary, how much? Thanks!

    STC 1000 "Ebay" Temperature Controller Build
