Thanks for the feedback, that gives me some comfort, I have never seen anything like that on my beers before.

I haven’t yet, I was going to wait until bottling day to keep oxygen exposure to a minimum. I will report then.

No work required. I only have three fermenters and don't want to tie one up for 8 weeks if an infection is inevitable. So not necessarily, but highly unlikely???
