I need help naming an IPA that is now ready for consumption. It is an IPA with Nugget, Citra, and Mosaic. Very citrus, grapefruit aroma. It is based off of Fresh Squeezed IPA from Deschutes. Hit me with some names!!!!!
It'll be just fine. Might take a bit longer to get going but in the end it'll turn out fine. Congrats on your first brew!

Just leave it where it's at. Changing the temp that low now will just shock the yeast and is likely to produce off flavors. Let it do it's thing. It'll turn out great.

Definitley don't age a beer with that OG. Bottle after 2 weeks or so and chalk it up to one of the "doh" moments that come with home brewing.

Nice! I haven't been to Pizza Port in Ocean Beach before but I lived about a tenth of a mile away from the Carlsbad Pizza Port and even lived across the road from Lost Abbey and 3 Minutes from the new Stone facility. Those were the days.
Picked up a mini fridge off craigslist and converted it to a kegerator. Took me about an hour to convert and holds 2 cornys and a co2 tank without any issue. Also made a fan out of a computer fan and an old 12v charger to cool the beer tower just in case.
Just picked this fridge up off of craigslist for $50. It was almost brand new! Had the tape on the shelves and everything. Converted it in less than 2 hours. Such an easy build. I'm more than happy with the turn out.
