    Slow fermenting cider

    Same here, after two weeks with US05 I was at 1.020 from 1.065. Now at three weeks and still have a bubble here n there. Just give it time

    First Cider... a few quick questions:

    My cider is fermenting away and also has almost no krausen! I was fully expecting tons of bubbles n such! Doesnt smell the greatest either.

    Thanks guys, I'll continue to research while its fermenting away :D Almost no krausen at hour 48, but the airlock and bubbles inside the carboy are very active!
