Well is seems to be a perfect chance for an experiment, I will take an extra keg and split my beer into two batches. Will see how it affects taste once i try the gelatin trick on one of them.

All, I have a beer that I have on tap that really needs to be cleared out. I was curious if I could use this process on an already carbonated beer. Has anyone tried this. Would really like to clear this beer up as it is my best beer yet, but it is cloudy.

I'm thinking about building one of these but don't know what size cooler to purchase. I have never done all-grain, but I will eventually want to be able to do 10 gallon batches. Will the 48qt cooler be large enough to hold all the grain necessary for 10 gallon batches?

I'm pretty new to brewing, about 6 Extract brews into it. I'm pretty easy to please at the moment, just thrilled to brew beer that is decent tasting. I'm interested in going all grain and working toward finding a recipe that I love and can repeat with some regularity. Anyways, I've been...
