I'm looking for a partial mash recipe for my second batch. Something fairly easy. Like a wheat or an IPA, you know, a summer/springish brew. Any clever ideas, or where do I look for some partial recipes? TIA, David

I've got alot of learning to do, I thought the co2 pouches were supposed to carbonate the beer. Guess I'd better look into this. Seem to be getting a good deal though, $10 for 2 party pigs and one pouch. It all looks like it's in good shape too.

Someone at work is trying to sell me two of these, I think he used them only a few times in the last couple years. Is there any O-ring kit or any rebuilding these require? Sorry, I am new to the "pig" idea and have never really looked at them to see how they work. Thanks, David
