Thanks for all of the input folks. I ended up getting a couple of the 20gal. silicone mats from SSbrew. Kind of pricey IMO but very high quality.

The drive pulley is 2". Mill pulley is 6". I can go larger on the mill pulley if needed. I thought the target was around 300 rpms for the mill.

Thanks 501irishred, It looks like that product does not include the neutral line. My system uses the L14-30 connector that includes the neutral.
