My mash was set at the temp you said 152 but by the time I added the grain it went down to like 141 should i add more water to bring it up to 152? Im stumped first time all grainin thanks in advance for the help
Yeah ive got the tutorial to beer smith but will probably buy it soon i might check out some of the free ones soon, took me a while to figure out how to order the grains and im still worried if I ordered the right ones haha but its ok nothing can stop me :ban::ban::ban:

Ive got my HLT MLT and Brew kettle ready to be used setup everthing and looks like its gonna work, so I went ahead and ordered the grains to make EdWorts Haus Ale cause it seems pretty simple, Ready to do all grain! :ban: Ill post pictures of my first experience cheers :mug:
Ya that really sucks my grandpa used to have a live cat trap that he setup in his garden cause he was tired of cats ruining his crop so he would catch cats and drive about 5 miles and drop them off in a park or something, Sardines and Tuna work to catch them.
So went to the Local Brew Shop and they said that you can automatically tell that the brewer used a aluminum kettle... But I trust you guys more than them so I went ahead and bought a kettle 60 qt kettle at a restaurant supply for 89 bucks with lid so I'm pretty happy and almost ready for ALL...
OK Guys so I now have a 15 gallon rectangular igloo cooler to work with here i know it will help some way im just REALLY new to the all grain world so would this be good for a MLT or a HLT i could use another pot for an HLT cause all an HLT is for hot water correct?
