    Redirecting again

Update, Ended up installing those low profile right in the "legs", fits in perfectly and gives me a whole 1/2" clearance :rockin: .

    Redirecting again

How about poke-and-patch? :ban: Just kidding, i'll have to measure floor to floor to see how much I got...

    Redirecting again

Thanks a lot guys! I was considering the tile blade in the circular saw, but a. I am not that good with circular saw :o b. my saw is not that new and even the new ones "walk" a little bit so my cut would look like I had consumed a couple pitchers :tank: The drop in cart is probably the...

    Redirecting again

I built my keezer, nothing to be proud of at least aesthetically, but it should have been functional. When I built my outdoor bbq cabinets/tiled, I allowed for 3/4" gap between the top of my keezer and the bottom of the cabinet. My problem is that I got carried away with the tile skirt on the...

Need to make sure this one will work for???

Since I am building this one anyway. I see some people moving the hinge or install another hinge on the bottom of the collar. This is the way I'd prefer to have it - I think. Reason been, I am triying to limit the height of lumbering the kegs over the edge. and it looks (at last from the...

Need to make sure this one will work for???

Thanks! That's where I actually started from the 1/6 kegs when I was looking at 7.2 Frigidaire, but even at 9" kegs there's not much fits in that freezer.

Need to make sure this one will work for???

I kept scrambling for the right size freezer for my project. 7 or even 8.8 cu ft freezers seemed to be too small for what I am going to use it for - 1/4 kegs hopefully three or four of them. Found this one "Signature" (probably built by the same company that built all of them) on the...

    Going with a bigger keezer

Hope this works for the image(s). The top is where the keezer suppose to go and the bottom is the rest of the bbq with multiple sections - with none of them other than fist one, that can house the keezer :cross:

    Going with a bigger keezer

Thanks & I was thinking of making the keezer a "permanent" part of the island but then I would either be unable to move it in and out to change the contents of it or I will be forced to cut the top (countertop) of my island and make it (attach it) to the lid of the keezer making it a. very heavy...

    Going with a bigger keezer

I am installing a keezer in my bbq island in the back yard. Initially I was thinking of the Frigidaire 7.2 freezer as the conversion base. After considering how much space I will have for ventilation and the interior space of that freezer, I decided to get a bigger one and put it into my island...

    What is the closes freezer

Thanks, I will try that route.

    What is the closes freezer

Thanks for answering my post! I am afraid that you did understand me correctly. I am looking at this freezer to use in my project http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Frigidaire+-+7.2+Cu.+Ft.+Chest+Freezer+-+White/9757311.p?id=1218202121298&skuId=9757311&st=freezer&cp=1&lp=2#tabbed-customerreviews If...

    What is the closes freezer

I am building an outdoor kitchen island that will include a keezer with tower attached to either the counter or the top lid of the freezer. When I started building the thing, I did not calculate the height correctly :o, well, couldn't go much higher than normal countertop. So now I have to...

Chest cooler for an outside bbq island

Yea, this probably will not work for me cause I'll be rolling on paver i.e. joint lines between pavers. I will not be able to push the lines inside the keezer after I'd roll it in cause mine would have to be rolled in forward in. Unless... if put my spouts on the back side of the keezer maybe...

Chest cooler for an outside bbq island

Thanks guys, rod - what kind of floor are you rolling your keezer on? I will have a somewhat rough paver cause the island is outside in my yard, so I am not sure how well will it be able to roll on them, especially loaded with kegs ;) Remote keezer should work too, I just don't want to...
