Will filtering impair my beer quality or taste ?

I guess I will have to filter it with 5 micron filter, let it condition a while in a keg, filter with 1 micron and then bottle it. Thanks again Guy

Will filtering impair my beer quality or taste ?

I'm considering buying a kegging system, just to be able to filter my beer (I will bottle it anyway). I noticed that my beer "matures" in the bottles and becomes better as time passes (2-3 months old beer is much better that 1 month old beer). I guess it's because the fermentation continues in...

    Filtering beer without using kegs

Hmmm... well, the soda machine I know has a small bottle of co2 attached to it, a small chambre to put your bottle in and a handle. When you pull the handle, a small tube is lowered into the bottle and releasing some gas. It carbonates water and juice, so why cant it do the same with beer ?

If I just print them on a regular A4 sheet and cut them out then its a hell lot of...

Home made labels don't work - help needed

I tried using hair spray, and it didnt go so well. After applying the label I tested it by dripping few drops of water on the bottle. The ink washed off almost immediately. I guess the next thing I'll try will be that transperent spray paing available in DYI shops. Or maybe I'm too hard with...

Home made labels don't work - help needed

Hello I've read here about printing my own labels and decided to go that way. So I bought some "fixing" spray, the kind used for pencil or cryon paintings. I printed my labels (I will post it here some other time), sprayed with fixer and used glue stick to apply them, just as I read here...
