Hi crooked tail I am actually brewing this beer tonight but I am just curious what your thoughts are on adding some bitter orange peel I have left over from my blue moon clone? Would it be better just sticking to the original recipe in your opinion?

the one i bought is called belgian ale yeast. I believe it is WL 550. I'll try it out and keep you guys posted on how it turns out. Thanks for the input though!
Hey guys I went to my LHBS today and I plan to brew my second all grain batch tomorrow morning. I plan to brew a belgian wit but my LHBS was out of the belgian wit yeast WPL 400. I spoke with the salesman there and he said this using the belgian ale yeast would get me closest to the same flavor...
I just purchased that kit from keg connection and mine came with MFL connections so you can easily switch out if you get ball lock kegs later on. All you would need to buy are the MFL ball lock connectors for about $12 then you can just switch them out by unscrewing the hose and screwing it on...
