    Hello from NC

    My go to beer is either an Amber ale or an IPA depending on the mood. It also helps that the IPA style is very forgiving to brew your self. My favorites are a German pils, Veltins, Jever, or a Bitburger. It doesn't taste the same over here so I try and get my good share when I travel.

    50g barrel, partial mash, bourbon stout
