Hey everyone, I've been looking around the forums and haven't been able to answer some of the questions that I have, I apologize if I just missed them.\
I plan on building a heated fermentation chamber out of an old broken fridge and want to use a light bulb to heat it since I have had good...
yeah the pot seems to be ok but it does seem like theres little bumps at the bottom edge and feels a little rough. otherwise things look ok, I'm just worried that maybe it wouldnt be safe to use?
So after my last brew day I thought that I would really do a good job of cleaning out my brew kettle so I got out my PBW and put that into my kettle full of water. Unfortunately something came up and I forgot about it until bb2 days later. When I remembered I dumped out the water and there was a...
Thanks! I ended up just splitting the yeast. This turned out to be the brew day from hell:drunk: First broke my large fermentor, then got my first stuck sparge, had a bee land in my cooling wort and ended the day by discovering that my fermentor was broken!! I think I'm ready for a homebrew:mug:
Hey everyone I could use some quick advice. I busted my fermentor while getting ready while mashing. I have a couple 4 gallon fermentors that I'm planning on using for this 5 gallon batch.
So if i put 2.5 gallons in each do i have to use a packet of yeast in both.
I'm making BM's Centennial...

Wow! I had never even noticed the diffrence between the flames and the coal!!! But now that you point it out it's really bothering me! Guess I might have to do some revisions after all.
Just wanted to show everyone my logo design that I just finished! :ban: Its similar to one that I showed on here a couple months ago but made a few changes and I think I'm finally satisfied with it (for the time being:D) But if anyone has any other ideas or critiques let me know!!!
Hey everyone thanks for all the advice and as I guessed theres a lot of opinions!
+1 thats pretty much what I was trying to ask!
Thanks and I think I agree with your logic and that's what I have been leaning towards. Coal Room Brewing just has a better ring to me. :mug:
So I'm having a little issue when it comes to my name and logo for my homebrews. What is the difference between Brewing and Brewery? This might seem unimportant but wanted to see what everyone else thought! I've seen people use both so was wondering if its just sounds better or what? Looking...
