I have a Munich Helles and Dunkel in the fermentation chamber, and they have been fermenting for a couple of weeks now.
In order to lager, do I just drop the temperature down while still in the primary fermentor? Do I cold crash and then transfer to kegs? If I put into kegs can I begin to...
i bought the jet burner from them 1st, considering it was twice the BTU as the other. It took forever to get to a boil (im in dallas).

I am in the same boat. I was planning on hitting it with 30psi for 36-48hours, then purge and drop down to 12psi until sat.
