Don't they say that when the switch is set to boil it bypasses the controller? I'm pretty sure I saw this in one of their videos, they say not to worry about the temp read out during the boil.

I only have 2 batches on mine but I got 80% on both using the factory settings.

Canadian tire have a 64L (16.9 gallons) aluminum pot for $89.99 Product #42-2513-8. If price is a consideration this is a good deal for a kettle.

This is as good of a time for my first post I guess. The kegs have been sold, to me; the gentleman through in 2 books, 4 carbonator caps, and 2 keg connectors. good haul for 25$. Just building my setup one deal at a time.
