    I'm glad this thread is active again, I was starting to stress out because its been 3 days since I pitched ECY01 and still no signs! I pitched pretty cool around 66 and just raised it up to 68, sounds like I might bump it up another couple of degrees!

    Eat/Drink near Washington Convention Center in Seattle.

    Re-using Kolsch yeast in hefe

    I've used it for a wheat IPA and it was really good. I would agree with GuldTuborg it does great with hops and I prefer it over any of the american strains. I've only used white labs strain but it sounds like I need to try the two from Wyeast!
