    My brother came over when I was brewing today and I let him try a bit of wort before I started the boil. He looks up, pauses for a few seconds like he was really focusing on the taste then says "taste a bit yeasty to me...." his face turned beet red when I explained there was no yeast in it yet.

    Not gonna lie I like this beer for that exact reason. On a hot summer day the fruity pebble taste and smell is kinda nice.

    Home Depot Sellin' 10 gal coolers for $40

    I made my mash tun out of that same cooler and it was on sale for 29 when I picked it up. It's ok it warped a little on the inside and is not the best at keeping warm loses about 3 degrees. But all in all pretty good for what I paid for it.

    I choose BP for color instead of roasted barley because I wanted the peanut butter and chocolate to shine through and not be covered up by a roasty flavor. Was that an ok plan?
