If you dont have a hopper yet, I just received the one that Fred sells for his mills. Mine is the mm3 and it fits like it was made for it :). I would have hade to buy the material to make one and I dont think I could have made one for the cost of his. Just a thought.

Hot water heaters have an anode in them to help keep the rust down. Not sure that you want that in your brew. You really do not drink water from the hot faucet. Just my opinion.
I had seen that the deal of the day was a $4500 used stainless sculpture for $1500. That was at 3:20 am est. If it were not for the $1200 shipping I would have seriously considered it. At 8:30 am est its sold. Anyone here get it?

Used to use hot water and bleach or amonia soak and still had scrub some labels. Switched to oxyclean - (or any of the similar product) - let soak for a day or so, and so far have not had a stuck label yet.
