    Thanks for the input everyone. We ended up changing things up a little bit due to some mistaken calculations in the store house.....     Oatmeal stout Grain Bill

    How does this grain bill look like for a strong chocolate oatmeal stout (there will be cacao added in secondary as well). I think its a little heavy on the roasted grains but have never really used that many before. Me and my brewing partner disagree so I just want to see what the group opinion...

    Perlick 425SS Faucets

    I just recently ordered mine from Superior Products. Good price and good service. Be aware, I saw the picture on their website and assumed that the black handle pictured on the faucet was part of the deal. When you order the faucets, thats all you get. Just a heads up.

    Well, just put it together and made it fit.... for anyones future reference in order it was assembled beerline--nipple--nut--washer--shank--faucet.
