I rent a house currently and dont want to plant hops in the ground obviously, so I was planning on using planting pots for growing but most are pretty small, so I was thinking about using one of those 15 gallon storage bins and placing 2 rhizomes in there. Thoughts?

unfortunately i measured the gravity while i was racking to secondary... any recommendations then? re pitch more yeast? patience?

Hi all, I brewer a pilsner urquel clone about 3 weeks ago, pitched with white labs pils yeast w a starter and have been fermenting at about 50-52 f. I racked yesterday to secondary and the gravity was 1.030! is this normal?? should I do something or just let it sit for a few weeks/months??

I brewed up my first doppelbock last Sunday. It was calculated out to OG 1.076 with 15 lbs of grain. I only hit 1.062 and pitched a large yeast starter. Fermentation is going great, but can I add some LME to bump up the gravity a bit or am I stuck with a "lighter" doppelbock?
