I am getting better. I didn't use parchment paper this time. I still need to work on getting my dough stretched a little thinner but I like my no-knead crust and my sauce is just how I like it.

No fertilizer except what was in the potting mix( I honestly don't remember what I potted them in). They are outside right now and coming in at night. Hopefully Monday I can get them in the ground.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going wrong with my Viking hops? In the last week they have developed this browning, I thought it was because I had left them outside uncovered one night that got close to freezing but it has gotten worse in the last few days.

Personally my saisons range from 4% table saison to 9%ers. Honestly unless I am planning on competing with a beer I hardly look at the guidelines.

I checked on my Cascades in the ground this morning and pulled back the mulch to find they are about to pop out. Also I ordered Wye Viking hops and they came in on Friday. I potted them today, look like they are already taking off. I will keep them inside till after the last frost and then...

Since switching to 10 I have been very happy. Actually it seems to be working way better then 7.

That is I think why I dig Capaldi so much. He still is trying to figure out who The Doctor really is two seasons in. It is not a hey look this is who I am, it is more like someone coming out of a coma just trying to figure their way around the word.

Those first episodes of Capaldi were tough to watch, most of that season was. This season turned around IMHO.
