This is my first cider been aging for six months now I wanted to bottle some and back sweeten 5gals each I'm using wine bottles Should.I use Camden on both so I don't have bottle bomb or is there anything else I should.do not.looking to carbonate
Ready to rack my cider off into gallon jugs should I add anything before I do this or just rack This is my first cider here about cider turning to vinegar Just looking for what's best
I used red star Cote blanc for the yeast it's bubbling pretty good only reason I as is I have 2 carboys of Niagara wine that are foaming and bubbling away and the peach and pear are just bubbling
Put up 4 carboys of juice a week ago the 2 carboys of Niagara juice is bubbling and foaming nicely the peach and pear juice is bubbling but not much of a head on it is this normal or is there something I should do. Its in my basement at 60 deg used yeast nutrient and redstar yeast
