    earl grey flavor

    The earl grey taste (in the tea) comes from the addition of bergamot to the black tea. Try adding some Bergamot (it's a plant) to your beer.

    Coopers beers

    I used a cooper real ale and steeped flaked rye and oat in it. Then I added ginger, coriander, jalapeno and clementine peels to it. Its color is kind of golden/orange but it tastes like a white beer. It's real good.
