I bottle my homebrew, and just realized my math was incorrect, and I used about 60% of what I should have used of priming sugar. Will letting the bottles sit longer than usual before I put them in the fridge help with the carbonation?
I usually brew in the kitchen, I would just like to brew in the mancave when it gets warmer. Can't brew large batches up there, so just wanted to see what options there are for a smaller heat source

I was just getting ready to boil my wort, when something important came up and I had to leave. Now the wort has been sitting around for about 12 hours. Will it be ok to go ahead and boil, or is it too late?
