I brewed back on 5-16-10 pitched White Labs German Bock WLP833 @ 80F
Next day I had the beer down to 55F with no action. I got the beer down to 40 now and still have not seen on sign of life.. Do I need to re-pitch or should I let the wort sit a little longer?
Please help..
I've got it down to 52F but that was when it was about 70F outside and about 100 inside the shed. I'm going to add several items to lower the temp in the shed. On Sunday I'll try to get the Beer Box as cold has I can when I transfer both batches!

I've only had it fully running form about 4 days with 2 5 gallon batches.. Right now it's at 68F. I have my beer box outside in the shed. I've had it at 52F without some ice as a natural and without anything in the box.. I'm going to lager both my batches so I will tell you how low it gets!
