Just what I need. Carboy cleaning with a lot of caked on Yeast takes forever.

The fermenter would be nice; however I will settle for the thermometer.

I purchased a mini keg kit, with the 5L kegs and 12g CO2 charger. Is it possible to say Keg half of a batch and bottle the rest? If so do I add half the priming sugar after I have the kegs filled? Is it OK to prime the entire batch or will the mini keg blow up?

This is not exact but from memory, I am sure someone here will have the exact numbers. The acohol content of a 12 oz beer is close to the content of a mixed drink. The body can metabolize so much alcohol per hour, and more than 2 per hour will get you close to the DWI limit for most states.
