Started with fruit wines and meads in 2007 but after about 5 years I stopped making them to concentrate on all grain beers. Of late, I'm only making lower ABV styles (~5.6% or below). I bake sourdough (and 'regular') bread on occasion and was trained as a professional baker of mostly pastry. I do other home fermentation, and a lot of cooking and baking. I'm a dedicated gardener and grow fruits, vegetables and native flowers and shrubs.
