i honestly don't want to use White Sugar . importing Corn Sugar / Dextrose cost ton of money giving that i couldn't find it in my own country . i heard a lot about inverted sugar . is this good alternative from your experience ?
my country is listed there but for some reason the "State" option only show US States and there is no way to bypass that without choosing a state . i send them email few days ago no response
anyone know a brewing shop that ship worldwide ? i can find some of the stuff at Ebay but it's really limited product here and there .
i really don't get it as why the big brewing shop doesn't ship worldwide since the customer are the one who will pay the shipping cost
I'm planing to use NovaLager Yeast with Winexpert Kit to avoid producing sulfate/sulfur . at least that what the LalBrew claim that NovaLager doesn't produce sulfur .
however since sulfate works as preservative / antioxidant I'm planing to use ascorbic acid for that job instead

I saw a documentary last night from Germany where a Beer brewery does Open fermentation . with all O2 and the Bacteria in the AIR how this not ruined and no they didn't mention anything about filtration ? it goes against every thing we learn here as newbie . what we missing ?

doesn't yeast need some Oxygen for the second fermentation in the bottle ?
bottle conditioning . i just found this great video suggestion to use Plastic/Pet bottle and squeeze the bottle to force most of oxygen out . sounds like a great idea

I'm tired of beer extract . it really doesn't taste good and it has that Homebrew Twang . for some reason i just heard recently about FWK or Fresh Wort Kits . i wonder if anyone try that and confirm this is better then extract and doesn't have that Homebrew Twang ?

everything is fine when fermentation start but almost all the time when it come to the end let's say 10 points from the target specific gravity it become very slow and sometimes takes days to move a point or tow . it doesn't matter what yeast type or what beer style this happen all the time

I try that and used Lutra yeast+ Propper seltzer and never got clean seltzer . always have this weird aroma . i see some people have better result with same yeast i don't know how they get that without some type of filtration
