    Fermenting IPA using Barbarian yeast

    Just got back into brewing after long hiatus. Was fermenting an IIPA with imperial Barbarian yeast 04 and before I realized the carboy got pretty hot with a vigorous fermentation , the temp ran to about 79 degrees for a day while I was gone , I put it in an ice bath and now it’s about 69 degrees...
